This policy describes how TTFocus and TTFocus Approvals handle information when the ERP and mobile application are used by authorized customers and users.
This Privacy Policy applies to the TTFocus ERP website, TTFocus ERP services and the TTFocus Approvals mobile application supplied or supported by H A S B GENERAL TRADING L.L.C. Customer organizations may also have their own privacy policies and are responsible for the business data they enter into TTFocus.
Depending on the customer configuration and the functions used, TTFocus may process account and authentication information, employee/user identifiers, company and role information, business transaction data, approval records, operational records, support communications and technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
The mobile approval application is intended to display and act on authorized business transactions. It is not designed to collect unrelated consumer profile information.
Information is used to authenticate users, enforce role and company access, operate ERP workflows, display authorized transactions, record approvals or rejections, provide support, maintain security, diagnose faults and improve the reliability of the service.
TTFocus customers control the business information entered into their ERP environment. Access is configured by the customer and may be restricted by company, role and other authorization rules. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have an appropriate legal basis for entering personal or business information into the system.
TTFocus does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only where necessary to host, secure, support or operate the service, or where required by law. Access to customer business data is limited to authorized operational or technical support purposes.
Retention periods depend on the customer deployment, contractual requirements, accounting obligations and support needs. TTFocus uses access control and centralized system security measures appropriate to the deployment. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and customers should maintain appropriate endpoint, password and infrastructure controls.
TTFocus is primarily an organization-managed business system. Users who need their account corrected, disabled or removed should contact their organization’s TTFocus administrator or TTFocus Support. Where applicable, support will coordinate with the customer organization because business and accounting records may need to be retained for legal or audit reasons.
TTFocus is a business application and is not directed to children.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the product, hosting, legal requirements or support processes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published.
